Yes, Ryder One will be open source in 2026. The source code will be opened gradually throughout the year. We’ll also invite third-party vendors to support TapSafe Recovery, much like many wallets support seed phrases today.
How does TapSafe Recovery work?
TapSafe Recovery uses Shamir Secret Sharing, an established algorithm that splits your backup into shares. These shares are securely saved on your Recovery Tag, phone, or Recovery Contacts.
