Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Our return policy applies worldwide.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

For security reasons, we may not be able to accept returns for devices that have been activated, used, damaged, modified, or tampered with.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including where and how to send your package.

Ryder covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Duties and taxes

For international orders, Ryder covers duties and taxes charged at the time of purchase and delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If a return is approved, Ryder will refund the amount paid for the product through your original payment method. Any refund or recovery of import duties, taxes, or customs fees may depend on the rules of your local customs authority.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@ryder.id so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

This does not limit Ryder’s 60-day return policy. It simply means that EU customers also have the legal right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days under EU consumer rules.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
